At the beginning of November 2025, Shandong Shengyang Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation of a horizontal ring rolling machine manufactured for a domestic customer. Currently, the equipment is operating smoothly and undergoes a number of preparatory procedures and checks before starting trial operation.

This horizontal ring rolling machine has been independently designed and manufactured by our company. Thanks to its high rigidity structure and advanced control system, it is capable of performing high-precision rolling operations on a wide range of ring-shaped workpieces. Since installation work began in mid-November, the company's engineering team has successfully overcome numerous challenges - including tight time constraints - to ensure the installation was completed smoothly and efficiently.

Currently, the manufacturing and installation of all mechanical components of this equipment have been completed. Installation and connection of electrical components will begin immediately after the equipment arrives at the customer’s workshop. The start of trial runs is scheduled for the middle of this month; upon completion, shipment of the equipment to the customer will be organized. At the same time, our commissioning specialists will arrive on site to assist the customer in the installation process. We will provide ongoing technical support to ensure that the equipment fully meets all stated performance specifications.
