The control system of CNC technological ring rolling machine D53KS (V4.0) is the optimized and upgraded version of the fourth generation control system developed by *Shandong Shengyang in 2022 based on the basic model D53KS (*the fourth largest control system The system has been successfully used on ring rolling machines 6300 and 7000 of Jiangyin Hengrun Ring Forging in June 2023):
1) Resolved an issue due to which the system cannot manually/semi-automatically complete a circle after an unexpected appearance of an ellipse in the ring of the D53KS model;
2) The level of automation has been increased, rectangular rings can be rolled under unmanned control during the production process;
3) Easy to operate and learn;
4) Added rolling curve pulling function, which is suitable for creating reasonable rolling curves for new products in the trial production process and reducing trial rolling costs.
5) Added a function for remote diagnostics of equipment faults, which allows you to remotely complete the processing of equipment faults the first time and reduce losses caused by equipment failure and shutdown.
6) The operating console is based on the German SMS structure and has been optimized:
aThe operator's field of view is wider and the design is more ergonomic;
b. Infrequently used control buttons are designed as soft keys and are displayed on the computer. The actions of each mechanism can be controlled via the screen, which makes the operator's buttons more understandable during rolling;
c.Frequently used machine operations using multi-directional handle control are intuitive and convenient.
