Looking for a used Chinese baler? Don't repeat my mistakes. This is what I learned from my experience when I tried to save money and buy equipment secondhand from China.

Let's say the car is found and inspected (video inspection is a last resort, it is better not to rely on it). Next is the paperwork. If you buy from a private owner in Russia, everything is more or less clear. But if we are talking about buying directly from China with subsequent delivery, then the fun begins.
We need more than just a purchase and sale agreement. You need complete technical documents for the car (passport, manual), a document on deregistration by the previous owner (if there was one), certificates of conformity. Without this, customs clearance and registration in Russia will be very difficult or expensive through solvers. This point is often underestimated, and the final cost due to logistics and customs can increase by 30-40%, negating all savings.
In terms of logistics: a container is reliable, but expensive for one car. Most often they ship as groupage cargo. You need to be prepared that the time frame will extend.
