Recently, a series of fully automatic horizontal CNC ring rolling machines developed by our company have successfully passed final testing and adjustment, and then were shipped to the customer.
This massive shipment not only marks a new stage in the development of the company's core equipment production capacityShandong Shengyang, but will also be a key support for the customer in overcoming bottlenecks in the production of large precision ring products and increasing productivity. In addition, it contributes to further deepening cooperation between both parties in the supply chain of new energy equipment.
We started manufacturing a CNC ring rolling machine that meets customer product requirements in June. After a three-month production cycle, the equipment was successfully manufactured and transferred to the customer. Our CNC ring rolling machine has been successfully delivered to the customer's factory. After completing the on-site installation, our team arrived at the customer’s workshop to carry out commissioning work. Upon completion of the setup, the equipment entered the trial operation stage: several ring blanks were rolled out, and based on the results of the customer's inspection, all sizes met the requirements. The equipment has successfully passed final acceptance.
